Tzatziki

It is a kind of sauce, but it has a very creamy texture, like a paste.

The basis of the Tzatziki recipe is yogurt, mixed with some ingredients such as salt, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper and olive oil or other spices to taste.

It can be eaten with bread or used in salad.

Mezes

It is not exactly a recipe for Greek cuisine, but some items very served as starters in restaurants or for snacking in bars, accompanied by an alcoholic drink.
